Organically grown grapes sourced from Sam’s block in our estate vineyard. This barrel fermented and 24 month barrel-aged blend includes Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Gris, Pinot Meunier, and Sauvignon Blanc. 33% new French oak and 67% seasoned oak. It’s crisp and dry – excellent for a summer day on the patio. Ingredients: grapes, yeast, clay and sulfur. 0% residual sugar.
