Cabernet Franc 2018

Cabernet Franc sourced from the Horse Heaven Hills.   The extensive 5 year barrel aging in New American and New French oak make this wine a hallmark of our family’s traditional style. Rather than being singular in flavor, over time, the wine melds into an herbaceous mix of multiple flavors with hints of berries, chocolate and clove.  Due to our arid barrel room techniques, this wine expresses rich, ripe, full bodied flavor, with abundant soft tannins and a smooth finish.  Ingredients: grapes, yeast, bacteria, & sulfur. Unfiltered and unfined.
