100% Chardonnay sourced from Yakima, WA. Barrel fermented and barrel aged for 3 years in 31% percent new American oak, 13% new French oak, and 56% seasoned oak. Burgundian in style, with relatively subtle oak accents on the classic fruit flavors of chardonnay. Naturally made with grapes, wine yeast, wine bacteria, and limited amounts of sulfur. Low intervention – left untouched for a year prior to first racking. 0% residual sugar.
