Barrel femented and barrel aged 33 months.   A full bodied old world French style classic Chardonnay.  Following our centuries old family winemaking tradition of barrel aging for extended periods of time  – years in this case – in a dry barrel room (above ground, no added humidity storage), the results are maximum presence on multiple flavors with a notably smooth finish.  If you are a fan of Chard you will very much enjoy this experience.  Naturally made with grapes, wine yeast, wine bacteria, and limited amounts of sulfur. Low intervention – left untouched for a year prior to first racking. 0% residual sugar.
