Estate Riesling sourced from Sam’s block – clones 9, 198, and 239. This is our first Riesling from our own Central Oregon fruit, and it’s delicately flavored varietal characteristics bode well for future vintages. Akin to the German aged style – so the classic Riesling flavors are combined with a caramel like quality and the finish is smoother than what you might expect from a dry Riesling. Ingredients: grapes, yeast, clay and sulfur. 0% residual sugar.
