A Bordeaux style blend of 80% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the Rattlesnake Hills of Washington. The extensive 5 year barrel aging in 60% new American oak and 40% seasoned oak make this wine a hallmark of our family’s traditional style. Think of a Bordeaux style with American intensity. Due to our arid barrel room techniques, this wine expresses rich, ripe, full bodied flavor, with abundant tannins and a smooth finish. Ingredients: grapes, yeast, bacteria, & sulfur. Unfiltered and unfined.
