Barrel aged for 72 to 84 months in a blend of 71% new and 29% seasoned oak American Oak. This red takes the Bordeaux blend style, and using our arid barrel room techniques, marries it to an Amarone style. The result is a rich, very full bodied wine dominated by sautéed fruit and roasted spices.
Ingredients: grapes,yeast, sulfur, and bacteria. Unfiltered, unfined. 0% Residual Sugar.
