A robust red emulating the Amorone style-rich, ripe berries and very full-bodied. Fermentation finished in a blend of 33% new American & 17% new French oak for 65 months. Using our arid barrel room, this technique is particulary effective in making the wine more delicate and smoothing out the big tannins native to the Petite Sirah grape.
