Unique fermentation with skins and barrel aged

A 2018 and 2019 blend of 2 to 3 year barrel aged for in a blend of 43% new French and 57% seasoned oak. We crush and soak our pinot gris for 4 days with the skins and then press the juice and let it ferment and age in barrels. The result is a complex dry wine with a light peach color, mature fruit flavor, and a crisp finish. Ingredients: grapes, yeast, clay and sulfur
