Unfiltered and unfined, this old-world wine was naturally made and barrel aged using 26% new and 74% seasoned American oak for 3 years. The result is a very smooth, earthy, medium bodied red that pairs with many foods including lighter fare and spicy foods. We consider this the Oregon style of Tempranillo – more fruit forward on the palate than would be found in the traditional style of Spain. 0% residual sugar. 242 cases produced.
